We went glamor nails and got treated great. I had to go to another Nail spa because there was no availability. Cat fixed their mistakes and was so Happy  to Have my nails done with Cat. Must be a new Townhouse customer to redeem. Not valid on products, drinks, gift cards, or group packages.
People searched for Nail Salons 253 times last month within 15 miles of this business. Have gone here for years, they used nail art richmood hill to do quality work. Staff changes frequently and quality work has diminished. I will no longer waste my money going here.

I aksed for a manicure with dip powder, all I received was the dip powder. After taking a further look after leaving the salon, I noticed that there is gunk under my nails and fuzz stuck in them from the powder puff. I do not recommend this salon for anyone. Had my first pedicure and manicure here.
While I was in there, a customer came in wanting a very specialized art design. When she found out that they would not be able to assist her with that today, she became irate and told the owner that she was going to give her a bad review. I believe that it is irresponsible and even harmful to misuse social media because of some imagined slight. Today I visited this location for the first time.

When we walked out she started crying and showed me. I went back in and told him he did the exact opposite of what we asked and that her nails were cut to the quick. He started fumbling over his words and made up some excuse about the acetone not being good for her and that he said we asked him to cut them all off.
