I have been in the Early Childhood industry for over 12 years and as a Centre Director for 10 years. I have worked in a range of services both not-for-profit and Outside School Hours care sector in Australia and as a primary and secondary teacher in India since 2001, working with children from birth to 16 years. We are proud of our bush kinder program, which introduces young learners to natural environments and resources. This includes visits to Chesterfield farms, growing our own vegetables and using them in meals, and participating in council incentives such as planting trees.
