Picking up a box trailer without any form of galvanisation is rare, in fact it is almost standard right across the board in the industry. However, if you do manage to find one, it will be slightly cheaper than other alternatives, but not by much. Much in the same way that zinc is used to reinforce iron roofing panels, the steel on these trailers is powder coated, or galvanised, to make sure the trailer structure lasts for a long time to come.
