Represented a former employee of Polskie Radio Rzeszów in a case concerning mobbing, discrimination, and personal rights infringement. Advised a syndicate of insurers on the restructuring of the zł1bn financial debt of Trakcja PRKiI and its subsidiaries. Representing MPD, a subsidiary of Mostostal Warszawa, in two disputes against Sarens, relating to the construction of two power blocks in Brzezie near Opole. Represented INPEX in an ICC arbitration arising out of the construction of its onshore LNG processing facility in Western Australia. Represented a distributor of dietary supplements before the Polish Competition Authority, and in an appeal process regarding alleged price fixing with retailers on the dietary supplements market. Represented MS Galleon in merger control proceedings before the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.

Advised MOL Hungarian Oil and Gas on the $610m acquisition of 100% of the shares in LOTOS Paliwa, a Polish company which owns 417 petrol stations across Poland. Advised mBank on amending its EMTN programme, which allows the bank to issue notes up to a maximum amount of €3 billion, including green bonds and senior non-preferred notes, as long as they meet the eligibility criteria of MREL. Advising Trigea Real Estate Fund on the €100m acquisition of MidPoint 71, an A-Class office building in Wrocław.
