The educators work with each child to understand them and how best to help them grow. Their level of care and commitment to each child and family is above and beyond. They genuinely care about each child and their growth and also the families. As a first time Mum sending my child off to be looked after by someone else was scary - they made everything so easy and supported me every step of the way. My oldest comes home singing new songs and telling us all the new things she’s learned. My youngest has severe eczema and they have been extremely supportive of us trialling different dietary restrictions and just in general with everything to do with it. Great daily updates with photos of the kids and what they’ve been up to, and what/when they’ve eaten that day as well. The whole centre is amazing and we are very glad to be apart of it. The Bayswater Child Care Association prides itself on our community engagement. At our neighbourhood centre, The DEN, we provide a safe venue for a variety of programs designed to engage and educate children, families and adults from the local community. But just after a month, I saw my baby happy smile playing when I went pick her up, I know I send my baby to the right place. My child attended this center and I am extremely pleased with the care and support she received. The educators are attentive, nurturing, and truly dedicated to meeting her individual needs. They always communicated with us during pick-up, keeping us informed and involved in her development. My son went to 3-year-old and is now in 4-year-old group and he wakes up and has the biggest smile on his face when I mention its kinder time.
They are always questioning how things work and practising their verbal and listening skills as strong communicators.
