If an item is broken then we will try to find the best way to repair it and will invoice the customer the repair costs not exceeding the total value of the item. A very pleasant and professional service, prompt in replying and contactable quite easily. Everything was delivered on time and exactly as per request and overall very pleasant experience. Really easy to deal with and most importantly kind people.
If hooks, clamps, or suction cups are not permitted and alternative rigging options (such as ceiling beams) are unavailable, you may need to rent a backdrop. We offer a range of props available for hire; please refer to our hire collection. Delivery is included in the cost of our packages on our website within a 25-kilometer radius, or as specified on the website. However, if the distance between our store and the event venue exceeds 20 kilometers, an additional delivery fee will be applied. This fee is calculated at $3 per kilometer beyond the 20-kilometer threshold. Choose from our wide range of backdrop options, available for pick up or delivery.

You can fix it to one of our backdrop stands or tie it in place at the event. Just let us know if you need to hire one of our freestanding backdrop stands too.
